It worked in the beginning just fine, but when I tried it again, it wouldnt recognize any of the notes that I played, even if I was playing them perfectly! I dont understand why that happened, and it is very frustrating as I can not complete any courses because of this problem. Other wise, it is a great learning app. Please fix! Or can someone tell me why this is happening?
Used this app for three different devices didnt work with either!! ??
I havent purchased the full app but the chords and progressions are good enough for me so far!
It could slow down but, its the one GuitarGuide that actually helps me. Id like a Choice of songs to play that I actually might know, but otherwise, its a good app
This is way better than yousician. It does not just focus on songs but has some there while still teaching and refreshing but going at a decent pace.
i just feel like they need to go a little slower w the pace. just bc you do one chord good practicing doesnt mean youll do good in a song w other chords. just slow it down.
Good for learning. Im now a few days in and while it is sometimes a bit too challenging, it sure is a great app for guitar learners
Just perfect
Amazing feedback really helps you focus on refining techniques and playing with proper technique -- and the price is unbeatable!
Its a great app to know exactly how to improve your skills. Easy to use and it goes with your own flow.
Came to learn guitar...wasnt impressed
I am a beginner and find this is great for tuning, showing you where to put fingers and overall just a good app
In love with this app....really easy to use and really helpful!
very simple! picked up new notes very fast
Normally I wouldnt write a review(you know how it is) Im like "nah I dont need to". But this app is too amazing to not download. Its a great app and anybody wanting some good practice or to just start learning guitar NEEDS this app! Its the best app out there for guitar so you should really download it!!
Ive only used the app for about an hour but its been prompting me to review it so... so far quite good. While there are some minor rough spots this app has been terrific in drilling me on chord changes getting me toward real muscle memory for the changes. MUCH better than a book or video. At least any video Ive seen. The interactive aspect that tailors itself to you as you play is a winner. Again they have some rough spots to work through but its clear to me theyre making a killer app.
After spending 10 minutes trying to get the app to here my guitar the app then untuned it and told me i was playing wrong i then got my brother who is a guitar lesson instructor to try and even he was doing it "wrong"
Im impressed that somebody actually made an app like this that allows to learn to play guitar
Im just beginning guitar with no musical background whatsoever and I find this app and the daily exercises addictive. I love the instant feedback while the app listens to me play. This is all free content. When I get better, I will definitely spring for the addtional content. I tried a few apps that were very heavy with ads and requests for money before you could do anything - (Im looking at you Tabpro) - but this has solid functionality at the free level. I think this app gets it exactly right - listening to you play and not going to the next chord until you get the current chord, reminding you to practice, not letting you advance until you practice, and only charging you when you are using content that they have to pay licensing fees on. I love you, Uberchord. ps, I cant find you from inside itunes. So not only did I not cruelly refuse to write you a review, I had to put down my guitar, go to my computer to do a web search to bypass the itunes barriers to write this... thats how much I love you.
